Board of Directors

Catherine Bradham, President

It is an honor to lead Orange Door Community Wellness through it's initial years as a non-profit organization. I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and have been teaching yoga since 2018. I have been fortunate enough to share yoga practice with many members in my community including, but not limited to, my healthcare co-workers, persons recovering from addiction, girl scouts, middle school students, church youth groups, clients in community corrections, nurses and neighbors within my HOA. My professional work background includes experience with community relations, marketing and public education and I served on the board of directors for the non-profit Hi Fives Robotics for several years. I look forward to utilizing my knowledge and organizational skills to grow Orange Door Community Wellness from it's "little yoga studio" seed into it's "wellness resource center" blossoms.

Jody Ford, Vice President

One of the most important things I’ve learned from my personal yoga experience is my ability to be a better person to myself and the people around me. Yoga has equipped me with coping tools and the ability to find balance in chaotic or stressful situations.

What I consider to be my guiding principle for teaching are the words of my favorite teacher, Indu Arora - “Yoga is a Work-in and not a Work-out.”

My passion is working with active, mature women to help them feel better in their bodies while providing a safe & welcoming, non-competitive environment to explore and have fun in a small class setting.
